Brand new for Nortwest college Рwe are now offering the Certificate IV in Spoken and Written English (Further Studies) which will help you to develop and master advanced skills in your English writing, reading and speaking. All our trainers are here to help you with presentations, academic skills, academic language and much much more. This course also opens the door to Higher Australian Education, such as Universities and TAFE.

Prerequisite requirements

There are no prerequisite requirements for individual units of competency.

Course availability: Sydney CBD & Brookvale
Length: 4 terms, (52 weeks incl. 16 weeks holidays)

Entry requirements

  • Applicants must provide evidence of successfully completed Year 11 or equivalent.
  • Students must be over 18 years of age at time of course commencement.
  • Students need an appropriate level of English to undertake this course such as an English level of IELTS 4.5. Please view the student enrolment policy for more information.
